Artist's Comments

Fourth of four revisited photos but the third on never pleased me enough to share it here.

Some facts:
Breed: Australian Shepherd
Color: Red merle, one mostly blue and one mostly brown eye
Gender: male
Age: Two (2) years old
Status: no longer with me

Quick FAQ:
"How many dogs do you have?!"
My family has six dogs. Zarco, Sean (German Shepherd), Whistler (Chocolate Lab), Mickey and Alexia (Welsh Pembroke corgis) and Sydney (Sydney Silky terrier mix). These dogs are ALL well loved, cared for and have plenty of human and canine attention/contact.

"Can I use this image for [purpose]?"
My photos may NOT be used for anything without asking me first. They are not stock nor are they free for use. However if you take the time to write me a nice note asking permission I might actually let you. If you wish to use this as a reference and you ask first, I might send you a larger version with a smaller watermark so it is of better use.

"Can you take off that ugly watermark?"
NO! Absolutely not unless you're asking to use this as a reference image only. Otherwise it stays, like it or not.

This bit is copied and modded from information on =wazabees deviations.

geeze.. I wish i knew how to work my nikon d90 ;_;
I can never figure out how to get such clarity
:iconxetsa:
A nice camera is always awesome but you can't help the camera if you don't have the glass (lenses) to go with it. That photo was shot with a Sigma 70-200mm f/2.8

My beauty is my own, just because it's not like your's doesn't mean it's not desirable all the same.
:iconiproxy:
So i should get a better lense? : )
how much is your Sigma?
:iconxetsa:
It depends. Do you shoot a lot of things like portraits or things outdoors such as pets or wildlife? If so a 70-200 is great. If not save yourself a ton of money and go with a 50mm f/1.8. The 50mm is about $50-100 depending on where you look and it's an extremely useful lens.

Is that the right one? : )
:iconxetsa:
Im not sure. It's coming up as a bad link. Which lens are you looking at?
